Job Description

Join our team as an Assistant Store Manager in a multi-departmental retail environment at our flagship Garden & Leisure Centre in Norfolk.

Responsibilities

Support senior retail leadership for outstanding customer journey
Coach and develop department leads to maintain high standards
Improve performance across retail, hospitality, and gardening operations
Lead recruitment and training of new starters
Manage customer feedback and oversee staffing
Drive performance through strong leadership

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Manager or Assistant Manager in retail
Natural leader with coaching and motivating abilities
Strong commercial awareness and focus on customer service
Background in hospitality or gardening is a plus
