Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a motivated Care Coordinator to work in an exceptional care home providing support to residents in Diss, Ipswich area.

Responsibilities

Maintain personal care of residents while respecting individual dignity
Ensure care services are of high quality standard
Assist in residents' day-to-day activities
Organize shifts, administer medication, and liaise with health professionals
Supervise care team and support staff
Assist residents with limited mobility or difficulties

Qualifications

NVQ/QCF Level 3 or 4 in Health and Social Care
Experience supervising a care team
Empathy, understanding, and good leadership skills
