Job Description

Join Inspired Education as an HR Business Partner and play a crucial role in overseeing all HR processes and procedures across a group of schools. This role offers a fast-paced and dynamic environment ideal for someone with CIPD qualifications or working towards it.

Responsibilities

Oversee the full employee life cycle for teaching staff
Manage HR queries and cases, ensuring accurate guidance provided
Review staff survey data and work on action plans
Maintain Single Central Record and ensure compliance with regulations
Support Senior Management Team through inspection processes
Conduct investigations, chair disciplinary and grievance hearings
Manage non-academic recruitment campaigns within schools
Compile monthly payroll reports
Support HR Assistants and Directors with various tasks

Qualifications

CIPD qualified or working towards it
Previous experience in HR Advisor or Business Partner role
Good knowledge of HR policies and processes
Strong employment legislation knowledge
Experience in handling ER casework
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Effective communication and confidentiality skills
Experience in education sector desirable
