Job Description

Our client, a Film & Entertainment business, is seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join the team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate should have a background in the film/entertainment industry.

Responsibilities

  • Month end for subsidiary businesses
  • Implementing process and procedures for accountancy function
  • Assisting in production of financial reports
  • Banking and bank reconciliations
  • Supporting cash-flow forecasting
  • Producing management accounts and commentary
  • Processing invoices & expenses
  • Submission and support for VAT returns
  • Supporting Finance Director with ad hoc tasks

Qualifications

  • Film/Drama accountancy background
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Qualified by experience
  • Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central knowledge advantageous
