Responsibilities

Assist in tracking, monitoring, and communicating business results
Maintain sales related policies and procedures
Ensure high level of sales and service practices by all associates
Collaborate with store manager on compliance of Policies & Procedures
Implement and maintain merchandising/visual directives
Communicate inventory needs to support business goals
Assist in recruitment, training, and development of staff
Ensure integrity of payroll and payroll process
Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback
Resolve human resources issues effectively

Qualifications

2+ years of management experience in premium/luxury retail industry
Adaptability to customers and business needs
Commercial mindset and ability to supervise and motivate a team
