Job Description

Join NCFE as an Independent End Point Assessor for Children, Young People, and Families standards to support apprentices in taking assessments and grading them.

Responsibilities

Delivering EPA in line with the Children, Young People and Families standards
Utilising NCFE Apprenticeship Services EPA platform to record EPAs and interact with apprentices
Attending standardisation events to ensure quality, compliance, and consistency
Communicating with apprentices, ITP's and employers on EPA and grading

Qualifications

A recognised Assessor qualification
At least 2 years’ experience of competence-based interviewing within the last 5 years
Experience of producing clear and accurate reports
A minimum of a level 4 qualification in the children, young people and family sector
The flexibility to travel for face-to-face assessments when required
