Job Description

Join our team as an Employee Relations Advisor to provide HR advice and support to the Group Head Office and Divisions. This role involves coaching and supporting management in employee relations matters.

Responsibilities

Provide HR advice and support on policies, employment issues, and legislation
Coach managers in handling HR cases and decision-making
Manage full case management on disciplinary, grievances, and performance matters
Produce HR reports and data analysis
Support HR projects and initiatives

Qualifications

Strong employee relations experience in STEM field
Effective communication skills
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders
