Job Description

Join our team as an Accounts Payable Supervisor and take ownership of processes, mentor a small team, and drive improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee and support the accounts payable team
Manage daily operations such as invoice processing, reconciliations, supplier payments, and queries
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures
Prepare and present reports, KPIs, and insights to senior finance staff
Conduct regular audits of AP processes to identify and implement improvements

Qualifications

Previous experience in an accounts payable or similar finance role
Proven ability to lead or supervise a small team
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Good working knowledge of finance systems and Microsoft Excel
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt in a changing environment
