Job Description

Join Seasalt as a Supervisor in Tunbridge Wells, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and supporting the store leadership team.

Responsibilities

Support the management team in creating a service culture within the store team
Guide the Sales Advisor team on recommending additional services to drive sales
Implement store visual merchandising and maximize commercial opportunities
Communicate store performances and provide feedback to the team
Support Store Manager with all store operations

Qualifications

Experience in retail or customer service
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Ability to drive sales and work towards KPIs
Adaptable and resilient attitude
Excellent communication skills
