Job Description

Join a fast-growing Managed Service Provider in London as a Level 2/3 IT Engineer, providing expert technical support and leading IT projects.

Responsibilities

Provide expert support for complex technical issues across networks, firewalls, and virtual environments.
Lead escalated tickets, ensuring fast and effective resolutions.
Manage and implement IT projects such as cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and security improvements.
Support and mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Maintain strong client relationships and exceed service expectations using ITIL principles.

Qualifications

5+ years experience in an MSP environment handling advanced technical support and project delivery.
Strong experience with Windows Server, Office 365, Azure, Hyper-V/VMware, and SonicWall/firewalls.
Proficiency in automation tools like Power Automate and scripting with PowerShell.
Relevant certifications: ITIL, Microsoft (Azure/O365), CompTIA, Cisco (CCNA) preferred.
