Job Description

We are seeking an Affiliate Manager to lead and expand our affiliate programs across multiple brands. This role requires expertise in performance marketing, partnerships, and creator ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Own and scale affiliate programs across multiple brands
Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with affiliates, creators, and networks
Develop incentive structures and commission strategies
Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics
Stay ahead of affiliate marketing trends and channels
Identify and test new growth channels

Qualifications

3-5+ years experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or influencer strategy
Strong understanding of affiliate platforms
Data-driven mindset with a track record of driving revenue
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
