Join TikTok's Governance and Experience team as a Seller Governance Lead, responsible for ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace for users, sellers, and creators.

Responsibilities

Implement risk management controls for seller onboarding in the UK and EMEA
Design seller performance programs and policies
Establish processes to identify emerging seller abuse patterns
Support regional teams to drive key metric improvements related to seller onboarding and performance
Cultivate team members and provide career development opportunities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field
Extensive experience in risk management strategies
At least 3 years of people management experience
Deep understanding of sellers ecosystem or merchandise compliance fields
