Job Description

Join our team as a CDD Specialist Support in London, UK, and be responsible for obtaining crucial information from Business Customers to ensure compliance with policy standards.

Responsibilities

Maintain the CDD Mailbox and ensure responses are received from customers
Communicate effectively with customers to obtain necessary information
Work with RM's and FinCrime Teams to ensure compliance with SLA's
Handle difficult conversations and pushback from customers and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

Experience in customer communication and handling difficult conversations
Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
Knowledge of legal and regulatory framework related to financial crimes
2-3 years of experience in frontline roles with Business Banking customers
