Job Description

Join our team at Hillingdon EPS as a Specialist Educational Psychologist focused on Early Years. You will play a key role in supporting children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

Responsibilities

Conduct psychological assessments for children and young people with SEND
Provide Psychological Services using various methodologies
Support ESF, Phase Transfer, and SEND Panels
Collaborate with the Early Years Team and other relevant departments
Manage a reduced caseload and lead customer experience improvement projects

Qualifications

Qualified Educational Psychologist (HCPC registered)
Experience working in Early Years settings
Knowledge of Children and Families Act and SEND Code of Practice
Strong communication and teamwork skills
