Job Description

Join MTC Training, an award-winning Independent Training Provider, as a Curriculum Leader focusing on Higher Education. Lead the development and delivery of curriculum for apprenticeships and Higher Education courses.

Responsibilities

Line manage Engineering Trainers and Apprenticeship Skills Coaches
Monitor, track and report on learner progress
Support the development of teaching material
Lead Level 4 - Level 6 development and delivery
Complete Internal Quality Assurance
Coach and mentor staff
Provide Careers, Education, Information, Advice and Guidance to learners

Qualifications

Full teaching qualification
Assessor qualification (TAQA L3 or equivalent)
IV qualification (desirable)
Engineering Industry expertise (desirable)
Minimum Level 3 qualification
Experience in Internal & External Quality Assurance
