Job Description

Lead the strategic and operational management of data centres and supporting infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end operational management of data centres
  • Drive strategic planning and implementation of capacity initiatives
  • Mentor and develop infrastructure operations team
  • Manage maintenance and compliance across multiple sites
  • Develop security programs and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Engage with partners and stakeholders for business development
  • Manage budgets effectively and provide strategic recommendations

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and data centre operations
  • Leadership experience in managing critical infrastructure environments
  • Strong knowledge of data centre systems and ITIL processes
  • Experience with ISO standards and Tier III design principles
  • Certifications in relevant areas such as Uptime Institute and IOSH
