Join a leading arts charity as an HR People Partner and play a key role within a small team in shaping the future of a dynamic and creative organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with managers, offering guidance on HR best practices
  • Lead on employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with current employment legislation
  • Support the organisation's Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives
  • Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain high-quality staff
  • Design and deliver training sessions to enhance management and staff capabilities
  • Represent HR in meetings and interviews, championing the organisational culture and values

Qualifications

  • Experience across the full employee lifecycle, with a focus on ER
  • Experience working in creative environments, ideally within the arts, education, or charity sectors
  • Familiarity with HR and delivering training solutions
  • MCIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
