Responsibilities

Support employee relations and absence management

Attend formal meetings as HR support
Support learning and development plan execution

Qualifications

Experience in similar role with complex casework management
Highly organized and ability to work under pressure
Strong communication and IT skills
Experienced in handling confidential information
