Job Description

Join our financial client NatWest Group as a Finance Administrator in Edinburgh. Undertake administrative activities, resolve client queries, and contribute to continuous improvement ideas.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake administrative activities as allocated by Team Manager
  • Own client queries through resolution and report trends to Team Manager
  • Reconcile Scheme Valuations and Audits
  • Prepare payments in accordance with Payment Authorisation Policy
  • Coordinate with custodian bank for cash balances
  • Conduct daily cash monitoring and reconcile accounts
  • Maintain custody records in database
  • Perform various reconciliations

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative skills in accounts or financial services
  • Computer literacy and MS Office proficiency
  • Interpersonal skills for teamwork and coaching
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Numeracy and keyboard skills
