Join our Big 4 Global Talent Procurement Team as an HR & Talent Procurement Manager. Lead procurement actions to drive category strategies and manage HR and internal talent spend.

Responsibilities

  • Lead procurement actions to drive category strategies
  • Consult and advise key stakeholders on procurement initiatives
  • Execute strategic sourcing initiatives (RFI/RFP)
  • Negotiate high-value contracts with global suppliers
  • Manage key supplier relationships
  • Ensure outstanding client service experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, or related field
  • CIPS qualification desirable
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Expertise in Source-to-Contract processes
  • Exceptional negotiation and project management skills
