Drive new customer acquisition through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Sell bespoke advertising and lead generation solutions across digital platforms
Deliver accurate revenue forecasts and track performance
Stay up-to-date with products, processes, and industry trends
Contribute to team development and demonstrate leadership capabilities
Represent client needs across Marketing, Data, and Product teams
Attend relevant B2B events and exhibitions for networking and lead generation
A resilient, enthusiastic attitude and a proactive work ethic
3+ years of successful experience in media sales
Ideally, experience selling digital advertising (not essential)
A proven ability to win new business and exceed sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Confidence working in a fast-paced startup environment
Salesforce experience is a plus, but not essential
