Job Description

Turning Point is seeking a Supported Living Manager to oversee properties in Barnsley and Sheffield. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing services for individuals with learning disabilities.

Responsibilities

Ensure high-quality service delivery
Develop and maintain support plans
Manage operational aspects
Prepare for potential transition to registered manager position

Qualifications

Level 5 qualification or willingness to work towards it
Management experience in supported living setting
Knowledge of CQC regulations
Ability to meet financial and business targets
