Job Description

Join our warehouse team as a dedicated Order Picker responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications.
Load and unload goods from lorries and containers.
Operate forklifts and other materials handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain an organised work area, ensuring cleanliness and safety protocols are followed.
Conduct quality control checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
Assist in stock management, including replenishing shelves and managing inventory levels.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

Qualifications

Proficient in materials handling techniques and equipment operation.
Experience with forklift operation is highly desirable.
Familiarity with warehouse environments and processes.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role.
Strong attention to detail for quality control purposes.
Capable of efficiently loading and unloading goods while adhering to safety guidelines.
Knowledge of stock management practices and inventory control systems.
Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage for troubleshooting equipment issues.
