Job Description

Join Goldman Sachs as a Tax Advisory Associate in London, working with the Global Banking and Markets Division to provide tax advice and support to front-office businesses.

Responsibilities

Provide tax advice on equities, fixed income trading, structured note programs, and derivatives trading and structuring
Advise on operational tax matters including FTT, SDRT, and CRS
Collaborate with external advisors and internal tax colleagues globally

Qualifications

Professionally qualified as a UK Lawyer or ACA/CTA
Minimum 4 years of tax experience in financial services
Strong technical UK corporate tax knowledge
Experience with cross-border transactions and structuring
