Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements
Define hiring strategies, write job descriptions, and source candidates through multiple channels
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit
Work closely with stakeholders to align on hiring priorities and processes
Ensure candidate progress is tracked accurately in the ATS

Qualifications

Qualifications:

3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment
Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with ATS
Ability to manage multiple roles across different functions simultaneously
