Responsibilities

  • Be the first and last point of contact for customers and guests
  • Welcome visitors with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Manage keys, passes, and mail for customers
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Assist with event planning and hosting
  • Maintain social media presence and centre equipment
  • Support customers with various tasks
  • Keep community areas tidy and assist with administrative tasks
