Responsibilities

Provide advice on salary, benefits, and wellbeing
Create and deliver the Total Reward Strategy
Manage relationships with external reward providers
Monitor marketplace competitiveness and supplier performance

Qualifications

Experience in HR, specifically in reward management
Knowledge of statutory requirements and guidelines
Strong communication and analytical skills
