Job Description

Join our team at Cartier as a Commercial Operations & Performance Coordinator to support the commercial operations of our Boutiques. You will work closely with internal and external partners to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Operations Team daily tasks and projects
  • Ensure operational excellence for Boutiques through partnership with external and internal partners
  • Support ordering and management of consumables, packaging, and uniforms
  • Liaise and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for timely execution and delivery
  • Create Purchase Orders and follow up on invoicing process
  • Act as key point of contact for boutique teams and office departments
  • Support rollout of digital projects and content management
  • Assist in Retail Excellence Academy planning and policy updates
  • Organize retail meetings and workshops

Qualifications

  • Good understanding of boutiques operations and luxury Retail industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage varied workload and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Proactive and hands-on attitude
