Job Description

Join St James as a Customer Service Coordinator, where you will be the primary contact for residents, handling queries and defects with care and professionalism. Work with internal teams and contractors to ensure top-quality homes and an exceptional living experience for residents.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for residents, agents, and contractors.
  • Support the team in achieving Zero Defect Completions and high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Coordinate defect notifications and site instructions.
  • Liaise with contractors, managing agents, and utility providers.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Organize handover packs and attend relevant meetings.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the property sector, preferably in luxury development/product environment.
  • Strong customer service skills with a solutions-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
