Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/Administrator to join AGS Airports as part of the Executive team on a 1-year maternity cover contract at Glasgow Airport.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist visitors professionally
- Manage meeting rooms and catering for meetings
- Handle internal and external queries
- Assist with airport tours and airside passes
- Perform general administration tasks

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in customer service or administration roles is advantageous
