Job Description

Join our team as a Greenlight Expert/In-Person Support to provide in-person support for our Client partners in Glasgow.

Responsibilities

Deliver 5-star, in-person support for our partners.
Walk new drivers through onboarding and all the tools to be successful Client drivers.
Resolve driver issues and questions.
Help brand the Client name and get drivers excited.
Stay on top of Client processes and tools.
Work with the Driver Operations team to streamline procedures.

Qualifications

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Retail or customer service experience.
Effective communicator with the ability to interact with partners.
Passion for helping and empowering others.
Highly organized and a patient teacher.
