Exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/Administrator to join AGS Airports for a 12 months fixed term contract role based at Glasgow Airport.
Principle Accountabilities:
- Greet and assist visitors professionally.
- Manage meeting rooms and catering for meetings.
- Handle customer queries and assist with airport tours.
- Perform general administration tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive with a can-do attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Some experience in customer service or administration role preferred.
- Good standard of education with 5 or more National 4 or National 5 qualifications.
