Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT & Communications Manager to oversee the strategic and operational delivery of our IT and communications infrastructure. This role involves leading a team to ensure systems are secure, efficient, and scalable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, procurement, deployment, and support of hardware, software, and network resources.
  • Manage the enterprise resource planning system (IBCOS) and intranet (Doenet).
  • Maintain supplier relationships, champion cybersecurity best practices, and ensure reliable network infrastructure.
  • Enhance cross-departmental communication and support IT budget management.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in IT management with team leadership exposure.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, project management, and systems integration.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
