Job Description

Equans is seeking a Technical Supervisor to join our team in Manchester on a permanent basis. The role involves supervising the delivery of contracted services for the HMCTS contract and ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise the delivery of contracted services for the HMCTS contract
Support the Area Facilities Manager in achieving SLAs
Manage engineers to support achieving KPIs
Ensure compliance with H&S standards
Line management of direct reports
Generate and foster a Health and Safety culture

Qualifications

Technical background with relevant M&E qualifications
Excellent customer skills
PC literate with knowledge of MS Office applications
Experience in risk assessment and management
