Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a volume of product lines to meet client's milestones
  • Provide non-technical operational support via email and telephone
  • Work with Account Managers to ensure contract success
  • Follow up on sales inquiries and issue quotations
  • Handle email inboxes, telephone calls, PO chasing, and invoicing
