Job Description

Join Whittard as a Supervisor at our Icon at The O2 store in London. Provide exceptional customer service, lead the team in day-to-day operations, and contribute to the store's success.

Responsibilities

Provide first class customer service.
Become an ambassador of the products, offering excellent knowledge and recommendations to customers.
Operate the till and provide front-facing customer service.
Perform day-to-day activities such as cleaning, unpacking deliveries, stock management, and depositing money at the bank.
Action hand over notes and other communications.
Follow store opening and closing procedures including being a key holder and completing cash management processes.
Provide on-the-spot feedback to colleagues on behaviors and performance.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a supervisory role with key holder responsibilities.
Experience in front-facing customer roles with strong communication skills.
Ability to delegate tasks effectively.
