Job Description

Join Arval BNP Paribas as a Customer Service Advisor in our Remarketing team. Support MotorTrade customers through various channels and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities

Support MotorTrade customers via phone, email, and account manager assistance
Handle after sales duties such as V5 coordination and dispatching
Work closely with internal teams for seamless communication and support

Qualifications

Excellent telephone manner and ability to work efficiently
Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
