Responsibilities

  • Assessing and supporting disabled children and families in need of social care services.
  • Acting as the allocated worker for disabled children in need or subject to child protection plans.
  • Providing timely assessment, planning, and review for cases in partnership with families and partner agencies.
  • Preparing written reports for various reviews and panels.
  • Managing risk effectively for allocated children and supporting their needs under supervision.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
