Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist in the EMEA region. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service both internally and externally while being a key member of the Customer Experience Team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor sales orders for the region
  • Proactively arrange logistics for MEA dealers
  • Provide accurate pricing and quotations to customers
  • Resolve customer enquiries and build strong relationships

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Care/Customer service
  • Experience in international import/export
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
