Job Description

Join Together Money as a Senior Real Estate Valuer on a part-time basis. Work with a team that supports individuals and businesses in achieving their property ambitions through finance.

Responsibilities

Review lending policy and valuation security
Undertake formal review of valuation reports for new lending opportunities
Identify key risks and provide lending recommendations
Develop external relationships with valuation panel managers
Provide strategic advice on property market alignment with risk appetite
Support loan restructuring, workout, and recoveries

Qualifications

RICS qualification
Property valuation experience for lending purposes
Ability to engage with senior stakeholders
Strong organizational and customer service skills
