As a Contact Strategy Manager at Together, you will be responsible for the effective execution of all outbound contact campaigns within the Servicing and Collections & Recoveries teams. You will work closely with the Workforce Planning Manager to ensure campaigns are completed in line with requirements and optimize operational resources.
- Deliver and optimize operational contact strategies
- Manage outbound contact pacing and timing to ensure Operational SLAs are met
- Collaborate with ops teams and credit risk to improve outbound strategies
- Identify, create & oversee tactical campaigns
- Ensure adherence to Credit Risk management controls and legal regulations
- Detailed understanding of collections strategies and outbound delivery mechanisms
- Ability to work with large data sets and gain strategic insights
- Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines in relation to outbound contact
- Experience in a regulated environment within Collections and Recoveries
