Responsibilities

Manage new applications and initial case assessment
Proactively manage pipeline of cases pre and post offer
Drive performance through coaching and quality control
Conduct quality control review of loan files
Produce weekly reports on application status and efficiency improvements

Qualifications

Experience in mortgage/loan processing
Ability to assess and interpret information
Quality oversight and assurance experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
