Responsibilities

Manage a small team to deliver a sustainable housing support service
Identify and understand the support needs of vulnerable customers
Work with external agencies to enable residents to remain in their homes

Qualifications

Experience supervising staff and delivering departmental objectives
Understanding of adaptations/repairs management and health and safety standards
Professional qualification in housing practice or equivalent
