Job Description

Join The Perfume Shop as a Team Leader and play an integral role in supporting the Store Manager with the daily operational running of the store.

Responsibilities

Coach and mentor staff for success
Motivate the team to achieve and exceed targets
Support with rosters, payroll budgets, and store procedures
Ensure smooth operation of the store in absence of Store Manager
Provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications

Previous experience leading a team or as a sales advisor
Passion for teamwork and learning
