Job Description

The Resident Host is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining building security, and ensuring the property is well-maintained.

Responsibilities

Act as a daily point of contact for tenants and contractors
Assist with minor maintenance tasks and administrative duties
Maintain site security and access control
Undertake regular patrols and maintenance tasks
Interface with customers and provide high-level customer service
Coordinate with contractors and service providers

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle maintenance tasks and security responsibilities
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
