Job Description

Join Twilio as a Strategic Account Executive and play a key role in growing the business across EMEA. Sell high value prospects and customers, manage fast growing accounts, and drive revenue and contract value growth.

Responsibilities

  • Servicing the fastest growing customers in the region.
  • Growing revenue share of wallet within key accounts.
  • Opening doors to the purchase of Twilio?s products.
  • Selling Voice and Contact Center solutions and APIs.
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Account Management/Sales experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong functional knowledge with sales discovery skills.
  • Fluent English and an additional language is a plus.
