Job Description

Join our client, a leading global recruitment and search business, as a Senior Legal Recruitment Consultant. This role will involve establishing and growing a successful Legal recruitment division focused on Private Practice.

Responsibilities

Establish and build out a desk focused on Legal Private Practice
Headhunting and identifying suitable candidates for clients' recruitment requirements
Qualifying and shortlisting candidates through in-depth interviews
Business development and existing client development
Increasing candidate pools through referrals and executive searching
Managing full 360 process and eventually build a team focusing on UK, Middle-East, and US markets

Qualifications

Proven experience in Legal recruitment, specifically within Private Practice
Strong network within the Legal industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Driven and ambitious attitude
