Responsibilities

Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, internal CRM, and job boards
Qualify candidates against complex job specifications
Write job adverts
Manage candidate experience
Place technology candidates successfully

Qualifications

6+ months experience in Tech Recruitment (360 or Delivery)
Strong candidate sourcing skills
Good tech knowledge from a recruitment perspective
Proven track record in placing technology candidates
