Job Description

Join Magnet Forensics, a global leader in digital investigative software, as a Renewal Manager responsible for customer retention through the renewal process. Drive, manage, and close opportunities within the assigned territory to support revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize revenue retention by working with Sales and Customer Success
  • Manage channel partners and relations between Magnet Forensics and end users to close renewals
  • Complete renewal lifecycle management tasks
  • Achieve/exceed quarterly renewal targets
  • Analyze customer renewal data to determine retention strategy

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of relevant job experience in Inside Sales or related function
  • Working knowledge of renewals and loyalty programs in technology industry
  • Strong numbers skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred
