Job Description

Seeking a Head of Health, Safety and Environment to ensure safe delivery of major works projects within the utilities sector.

Responsibilities

Engaging with senior managers, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure clear responsibilities
Assessing upcoming challenges and implementing health and safety solutions
Constantly evaluating opportunities for health and safety improvement
Leading major health and safety incident investigations and making recommendations for prevention

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in construction, utilities, or civil engineering
Experience in influencing and coaching senior management
Chartered Membership of IOSH (CMIOSH) desirable
Strong technical knowledge of health and safety legislation
